Some teams never seem to stop moving. They're on Attio, the agentic CRM.

Every customer signal is captured in one shared context layer, always current and compounding. Agents and workflows build pipeline, chase every buying signal, and move deals forward, an always-on revenue engine running alongside your team.

With Attio, you’ll get:

  • Leads automatically prioritised and routed to the right rep

  • Expansion and risk signals caught the moment they land

  • Follow-ups written in your voice, already there when you arrive

Teams like Parallel, Turbopuffer, and Wordsmith build on Attio. Are you one of them?

Filtering the list was step two

The other six steps between a churned list and closed revenue, full system out next Sunday

Last week I told you the full churn win-back playbook was two weeks out.

That's now next Sunday.

Before I get to that, here's the mistake I see almost every team make with the filter I walked through last Sunday: they build the list, feel good about it, and stop.

A filtered churned list isn't a strategy. It's step two of seven.

Here's the shape of the other six. No detail yet, just the system, so you can see how it actually fits together before I hand you the whole thing.

Step 1: Prioritize one churn cohort. Before you touch a single account, pick one cohort. Typically you want to pick one timeframe, like post-COVID.

Step 2: Select the accounts. This is the filter I walked through last week, split into a larger 1:Few list and a smaller 1:1 list.

Step 3: Curate the messaging. Themes built around the actual churn reason on file, not a generic "we miss you" send.

Step 4: Map who's still there. Original champion still at the account, or gone. Different play either way, and you need to know which before you write a word of outreach.

Step 5: Activate the right channels. Landing pages, paid social, events, SDR sequences, all built for this specific cohort, not repurposed from your net-new motion.

Step 6: Set the KPI cascade. Accounts reached, accounts engaged, meetings booked, opportunities created, pipeline, revenue won. Each one gets a real conversion target, not a hope.

Step 7: Run the cadence. The recurring rhythm, standing calls, shared visibility, that keeps Sales, SDRs, and RevOps actually looking at the same list instead of three different ones.

Seven steps, one system. Most teams have a version of step 2. Fewer have a step 7, which is usually the actual reason the list goes cold again.

The full playbook, every step broken down with the real thresholds and the templates behind them, drops next Sunday.

Which one of these seven do you already have nailed down, and which one's the actual gap on your team?

Reply and tell me. I'm curious how consistent that gap is across different teams.
